Computer Classes

 The Exploration Station offers a variety of computer classes for adults ranging from beginning to advanced instruction. Each class is held in our very own computer lab. Our classes hold six students for an optimum learning environment.

To Register:

Classes are held when three or more students register for a particular class and class time. Classes will then be scheduled and notification will be given to class participants. 

Online registration: To register online click on the envelope next to the class description of the class you are interested in taking to send a class request to the Program Coordinator. Fill out the information in the Class Request Form, and click send. If you have any questions please contact the program coordinator at 805.473.1421.

Getting Started on Facebook, Twitter and more!	New to social media? Learn how to create and navigate personal webpages such as Facebook Twitter and more!

Basic Digital Photo Editing	Get to know PICASA, a FREE digital photo editing program. Bring your digital photos to the Exploration Station's computer lab and learn how to upload your photos to the computer, popular editing tools, how to share your photos online, creating slideshows, collages and more! (You will need to bring your camera with photos to class, or your photos on a CD, or memory card).
Movies With Your Photos	Learn how to take digital photos and add special effects, text, music, and more to create a movie slideshow perfect for sharing vacation photos or preserving family memories.
Personalizing Gifts With Pictures	Learn how to take digital photos and create one of a kind personal gifts for family and friends.
